Normally use the aluminum rings but wanted a longer lasting chainring to pair with my long lasting Chris King steel cogs and this does the trick. No mechanicals with this chainring on your rig.

I own one of these and an elliptical one really easy to change out, solid part will work for years. Pretty heavy compared to the aluminum parts so if weight is your goal make sure to go aluminum
