Ambush Elbow

I placed an order on November 22nd as a gift for my wife, and the size S was too small. The sizing for these seem to be off (small fit) but I figured that’s okay and I’ll just exchange and get a size up. On December 18th I contacted the customer service team to initiate an exchange to get a size M. I was told I would receive a response in 2 business days, and I never heard back. I followed up on January 6th and was told that because the order was delivered more than 30 days ago, it is non-refundable. Somehow I am being punished for the delayed response. I do not even know if I would have ever received a response had I not followed up. Not only this, but it is explicitly stated on the website that online orders placed between November 17th, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 may be returned for refund by February 1st, 2026. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this situation really boggled my mind.

WAY too small . I have a chronic illness that make me really skinny and even the medium size is WAY too small for me . I cant even get it in place. Thats ridiculous . The return procedure would cost as much as order a new set.

Really disapointed by the size and the exchange procedure. I even hesite to order another set because I fear that the large will still too small. Im 5'9" at 130lb , i should not need large/xl size thats a non sense
