I picked up the Aeffect R for a new bike build, specifically to replicate the comfortable geometry (the backsweep, upsweep, and rise) of a previous RaceFace bar. It perfectly met that goal! My riding covers everything from aggressive XC to technical All-Mountain, often spending long days in the backcountry. This bar handles it all brilliantly and feels instantly familiar. Highly recommended.

I just picked up a set of these bars from my local shop. The width and sweep are just what I was looking for. They will be a good match for Aeffect R stem on my Intense Tracer. My current bars were to flat and not enough back sweep, to the point they were hurting my back and hands. Never realized how much the rise and sweep effected the comfort level.
