Rims came fast and were packaged nicely. The AR offsets set up perfectly for wider tires and totally change the feeling of my older Tallboy LTC making it feel more stable and modern.

To preface my review I will start by saying I ordered the AR 35 Offset Rims in a 27.5 with the intent of building a wheel. Before they ever arrived I looked at the spec sheet for the ERD which is the EXACT RIM DIAMETER. This a necessary measurement when determining spoke length.

Now for the review: the rims are nice. I like the fact that they are offset because that makes life a little bit easier when building a wheel. The shipping speed was so-so but bearable.
So before the rims arrived I looked at the spec sheet on there website and lo- and behold the ERD says 596. So with that specification and the specification for my hubs, I went to my favorite wheel building site plugged in the numbers and was given the spoke length I needed. I received all of my products and started building the wheel and the pattern I plugged into the wheel building site. But wait the spokes were too long. I was puzzled. Because I know I had done everything correctly I looked deeper into the RaceFace website details for the AR 35 Offset. I looked under Support Documentation inside the rim dimensions sheet. Since I have the rim I physically measure the diameter(from spoke hole to spoke hole) and what do ya' know it's 562.4mm and under the dimension sheet they have it listed as the AR 35 Offset ERD is 562/600. This is begging more questions than answers. Soooo, I call customer support. They answer fairly quickly which is great because I'm already peeved about this entire situation and I explain this conundrum to the gentleman on the other end. He basically does long pauses and looks through the spec sheet himself and says "oh yeah" "you're right." He offered me a refund for the rim, but I still need it. What I would like is a refund for the 72 spokes I bought for 2 rims but they are too long. He preceded to say that he couldn't give me anything complimentary "because there is an order limit" Fine. I have informed them of the situation lets hope they fix the literature and the main page that shows 596 ERD. I'll just buy some more spokes from somewhere else with the correct dimensions.

Have been using these for more than a year. Damaged one of them on a heavy landing (strong casing). Bought the same one to replace. No complaints.
